Scope and conduct
What we will and will not do.
Work is confined to what can be established by examination and reasonable research. Where an item requires laboratory testing or a specialist report that falls outside the practice, this is stated plainly rather than assumed.
Values are prepared for a stated purpose. A figure appropriate to insurance replacement is not the same as one appropriate to an estate, and each report makes its basis clear.
Client matters are treated in confidence. Items and documentation are handled with the care their value and significance deserve.
